Nurture Your Self offers four weekly Awareness Through Movement® classes designed to deeply reduce tension, regulate your nervous system, and expand your sense of possibility.

By the end of the series, you’ll have practical tools to carry into daily life, supporting more comfort, vitality, and resilience. No experience necessary - mats are provided - just bring yourself and your curiosity!

Who is this series for:

-Anyone in need of self-care

-Anyone who is pregnant or postpartum

-Suitable for anyone staving off, preparing for, or recovering from surgery

-No previous experience with the Feldenkrais Method is needed to participate

This series includes:

- 4 Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons

- Q+A at the end of each class

- Optional homework

- Downloadable audio recordings

If you can't make it live, that's okay, recordings will be provided to all participants.

Northeast Arts, Jamaica Plain & online (hybrid class)

Fee: $85/regular rate, $50/working artist/student/low income rate. Drop-in is also an option. Payment via Venmo (@eveboltax) is preferred.
