This two day immersive Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® workshop will offer a gentle and pleasant way for you to return to your natural state of self-connection, grounding, and nervous system regulation. By engaging with your habits of movement in supportive and exploratory ways, this workshop will help you to discover more comfortable and efficient ways of moving and being. Safe and slow, yet challenging in surprising and satisfying ways, the material in this workshop is tailored to the needs and interests of the participants. Wear comfortable clothes for movement, and bring a journal to write/draw in. Mats are provided. The title of this workshop comes from a poem by John O’Donahue.

“Eve is a sensitive, intuitive, creative, articulate Feldenkrais practitioner – I highly recommend!” - Ana Harmon, Gaga Movement teacher

“I started doing Feldenkrais not knowing what to expect and I’ve been very pleased to find a space where we are always taught to think about ‘doing less’ in a world where we are constantly told and feel the need to do more. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, I found it very helpful to find a time to focus on my body in ways that are not about pushing it.” -N.M.
